Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals who appear fine on the outside but are exhausted, burnt out, or quietly struggling. A psychologist holds a doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) and can conduct psychological assessments and testing. A psychotherapist, like me, is a regulated health professional trained specifically in talk therapy. In Ontario, the title Registered Psychotherapist (RP) is regulated by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), meaning I'm held to professional and ethical standards to practice safely and effectively.

It depends on what you're working on and what you're hoping to get out of it. Some people find 8–12 sessions enough to make meaningful progress on a specific issue. Others prefer ongoing support over a longer period. We'll talk about your goals early on and check in regularly to make sure the pace and direction feel right for you.

I work primarily with adults navigating burnout, workplace stress, anxiety, life transitions, and a general sense that something needs to change. Many of my clients are professionals — often in demanding careers — who are high achievers on paper but feeling disconnected, exhausted, or unfulfilled underneath.

Individual therapy sessions are $160 for a 50-minute session. The initial 15-minute consultation is free and there is no obligation to continue after that call.

I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee. I understand that life happens — if something urgent comes up, just reach out as soon as you can.
