Frequently Asked Questions

Reach out through the Psychology Today link on this site. I'll reply within 24 hours, and we'll find a time for a free consultation.
Free Consultation
A brief 15–20 minute call to see if we're a good fit. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy and I'll answer any questions about how I work. No commitment — just a chance to get a feel for each other before booking a full session.
Your First Session
Your first full session is where we dig in properly. We'll explore your history, what's been going on, and what you're hoping therapy will help with. I'll ask questions to understand the full picture, and we'll start shaping a plan together. Sessions run 60 minutes, virtual or in person, and are confidential.

I work primarily with adults navigating burnout, workplace stress, anxiety, life transitions, and a general sense that something needs to change. Many of my clients are professionals — often in demanding careers — who are high achievers on paper but feeling disconnected, exhausted, or unfulfilled underneath.

Individual therapy sessions are $160 for a 60-minute session. The initial 15-minute consultation is free, and there is never an obligation to continue.

I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee. I understand that life happens — if something urgent comes up, just reach out as soon as you can.
