Therapy for Neurodivergent Professionals

You've Always Had to Work Harder

You've likely spent years developing strategies to keep up — mastering systems, masking in meetings, pushing through when everything feels like too much. From the outside, you look capable and accomplished. On the inside, you're exhausted.

If you're a professional with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or dyspraxia, you know that the workplace wasn't designed with your brain in mind. That gap — between how hard you work and how easy others seem to find it — can quietly erode your confidence, your energy, and your sense of self.

Therapy can help you close that gap. Not by changing who you are, but by understanding yourself more fully and building a life that actually works for your brain.

Who I Work With

I work with neurodivergent adults — many of them high-achieving professionals — who are navigating:

  • Burnout from years of masking or overcompensating at work

  • Anxiety tied to performance, deadlines, or social dynamics in the workplace

  • A late diagnosis of ADHD or autism, and the process of making sense of that

  • Feeling like an impostor despite genuine competence and accomplishment

  • Difficulty with transitions, change, or unpredictability at work or in life

  • Sensory overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, or difficulty "switching off"

  • The tension between your strengths and the environments that don't recognize them

My Approach

I bring both personal and professional experience to this work. I understand neurodivergence not just clinically, but from the inside — what it feels like to navigate systems and spaces that weren't built for you, and what it takes to find your footing.

Therapy with me is collaborative and practical. I don't pathologize the way your brain works. Instead, we work together to:

  • Understand your specific patterns — what drains you, what fuels you, where you get stuck

  • Develop strategies that are realistic for how you actually think and function

  • Process the emotional weight of years of masking, struggling, or being misunderstood

  • Clarify what you want your work and life to look like — and what's getting in the way

Sessions are available via secure video anywhere in Ontario, removing many of the sensory and logistical barriers that can make in-person appointments difficult.
